In the summer months, they can be fierce in the evening and near the water. We recommend mosquito spray.

Yes, there can be. We live amongst the trees with hundreds of miles of national forest land behind us. Wild animals can wander onto the property. We require that no food be left outside or in cars. We have not had any incidences of bears or other wild animals coming into the cabins as long as doors are closed and locked.

80% of the town of Greenville burned in the Dixie Fire in 2021, but it is building back! All essential services are available and many restaurants and shops are presently building back.

Yes if your trailer is not equipped with one, you should use a water pressure regulator. Our fresh spring water pressure is very high.

Communal laundry is available to guest on site

No, the pool is fenced and no lifeguard is on duty. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure that children are properly monitored. PLEASE NOTE - there is a freshwater creek and pond on the property that are not fenced. Children and those who cannot swim must be supervised.
