3 miles of single track trails directly on the property and linked to hundreds of miles of forest service roads. Coming soon, full connection to Sierra Buttes Trail System connecting all of our local communities. 30 Minutes drive to the Pacific Crest Trail system and 45 to the Lakes Basin.

Bird Watching
North American rare species including Bald and Golden Eagles, Osprey, Red Headed Pilliated Woodpecker - You will more than likely hear these!

Multi-use Trails
Direct access for all use modes including hiking, biking, ATV's/side-by-sides and horses to forest service roads in every direction. Almanor, Senica, Yellow Creek, Twaine, Round Valley Lake to name a few.

Fishing
World renowned lake and river fishing 10-30 minutes drive. The Feather River, North Fork, Yellow Creek, Indian Creek, Lake Almanor and many many more.

Mountain Biking
Tours and shuttles out of Quincy as well and independent access to Mt. Hough trail system and eventually the Sierra Buttes Trail System. 3 miles of single track trails directly on the property and linked to hundreds of miles of forest service roads.

Road Biking
Road, gravel, mountain and dirt biking heaven. Bring all of your rigs and try out the multi-use, single track and extensive paved trail systems throughout the county. Road biking to and around Lake Almanor and Antelope Lake highly suggested for the strong of heart!

Trainspotting
Within a short distance, access to 6-8 historic train trestles and bridges and the Portola RxR museum. Train crossing directly adjacent to the property.

Swimming
Indian Falls for river swimming and bouldering, Lake Almanor for lake swimming and the Taylorsville public pool all within a short drive. Don't forget we have a large fresh water cold-dip pool on property if you are brave enough!

Golfing
Multiple well-known golf courses within a very short distance, from our local 9 hole Mt. Huff course to the prestigious Bailey Creek, White Hawk and the Dragon 18 hole courses among many others.

Boating
Within 10 miles, Lake Almanor for all types of Boating. Others include Antelope Lake, Bucks Lake and many high mountain lakes for non-motorized boating, including Round Valley Lake only 3 miles away.

Antiquing

Fresh Spring Water
Directly on property from a natural spring. Within a short drive, access to historic natural Soda Springs in Yellow Creek.

Historical Sites
Throughout the area there are multiple historical sites dating back to the 1800's and prior. The Lucky S abandoned gold mining town, Engal Mine, Senica and Maidu Indian sites, among many others.

July 4 Rodeo
Dance on the spring loaded dance floor in Taylorsville; Gold Diggers Greenville community celebration third weekend of July; Taylorsville Jr. Rodeo - Third weekend of July; Thanksgiving light parade - Saturday after Thanksgiving; Lake Almanor 4th of July fireworks.
